• Support/representation of the head chef
• Saucier position
• Preparation/dressing of the menu for the house guests
• Preparation work/dressing for the a la carte restaurant
• Presentation of the dishes
• Independent work
• Contribution of own ideas.
• Compliance with and targeted implementation of hygiene standards.
• Daily cleaning and tidying of the workplace

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience with a la carte cuisine
• Conversational German language skills
• Quality awareness
• Enjoyment of the cookery profession
• Good manners
• Team-orientated work
• Respectful interaction with colleagues
• Resilience/resistance to stress

• Sales talks for wines and aperitifs.
• Professional service - drinks service and serving food
• Bar service/ drinks service for hotel guests
• Preparation work such as table setting, mise en place, etc.
• Collection / payment processing.
• Independent management and running of the station
• Active aperitif/wine sales
• Daily cleaning and tidying work
• Keeping the station clean

Your profile:
