Price & booking information

Prices, discounts, check-in/check-out, pets and more - here you will find all the important information about your holiday at Hotel Wiesental. Do you still have questions? We will be happy to help you by phone or email.

 

Deposit & prices:

The prices are per person and per day or for the respective length of stay for the package weeks including the services listed, plus local tax (€ 4.00 per person and per day - children up to the age of 14 are exempt from the local tax).

A New Year's Eve surcharge of € 55.00 per person will be charged.

No compensation will be granted for services not utilised.

The booking becomes binding upon receipt of your deposit of at least € 300.00 per room by bank transfer free of charge in favour of our bank account.

Discount for children:

The children's discount applies to an overnight stay in the parents' bedroom with 2 full-paying adults and is based on the current daily rates.

Children up to 2 years receive a 90% discount, 
from 3-5 years 70 
from 6-9 years 50%, 
from 10-14 years 30 %.

Check-in & Check-out:

The rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm, please let us know.

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 11.00 am.

Please note that we can only confirm the room category, not the room numbers.

Allgemeine Stornobedingungen:

Things often turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday unfortunately has to be cancelled or broken off prematurely.

General cancellation conditions:

  • The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
  • Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70%
  • In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price,
  • 100 % in the event of early departure
     

Travel cancellation insurance:

We would like to spare you the financial disadvantages and the associated hassle of a cancellation. We therefore recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance (incl. helicopter recovery costs).
