PRICES & DEPOSIT

All prices are quoted per person, per day or for the specified package duration. Prices include the listed services. An additional local tax of €4.00 per person, per day will apply. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this local tax.

For New Year’s Eve, there is a surcharge of €55.00 per person.

No compensation can be provided for unused services.

Your booking is confirmed once we receive a deposit of at least €300.00 per room via bank transfer to our account.

CHILDREN’S DISCOUNT

Children sharing a room with their parents will get a children’s discount if there are 2 full-paying adults. The discount is based on the respective daily rates.

  • Up to 2 years: 90% discount
  • 3-5 years: 70% discount
  • 6-9 years: 50% discount
  • 10-14 years: 30% discount

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know in advance.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

Please note that appropriate clothing (casual-smart) is required for dinner!

Skiing and sportswear, shorts or bathing shoes or slippers should not be worn out of courtesy to other guests.

We’re sorry, but no pets are allowed at Hotel Wiesental.

SMOKING

Please note that we are a non-smoking hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and your booking may need to be cancelled or cut short.

General Cancellation Terms:
The right of withdrawal under § 18 paragraph 1 Z. 10 FAGG shall not apply. Instead, the General Terms and Conditions for the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply:

  • Up to 1 month before arrival: free cancellation
  • 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation within the last week before arrival: 90% cancellation fee
  • In the event of early departure: 100% of the booking price 

Travel Cancellation Insurance:
