The meat and many other ingredients come from the region and are guaranteed to be of the best quality. Our popular schnitzel evening takes place once a week. We are also happy to prepare a savoury meat or cheese fondue or a crispy veal shank for you on advance order. Look forward to special flavour experiences in our restaurant in Obergurgl.
