CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING IN GURGL
Active winter sports enthusiasts can push their limits on 12 kilometres of cross-country trails in Gurgl. In Obergurgl, there is a 3 km practice loop and a 7 km regular trail. Hochgurgl has a 2 km high-altitude track. The starting point for the cross-country trail is right before Hotel Wiesental. TOBOGGANING IN GURGL
Tobogganing is a fantastic family activity and a great alternative to skiing. The natural toboggan run in Pill (near the Hochgurglbahn) spans 3 kilometres and features 25 exciting curves for maximum sledging fun. A highlight is the weekly night tobogganing event on a lit track.

Pristine powder snow, endless snow fields and complete tranquillity – these are the ingredients for every dream ski tour. The area around Obergurgl at the end of the Ötztal valley offers excellent conditions for challenging ski tours away from the crowds. We recommend exploring the mountains with an experienced guide who knows the terrain and as well as alpine risks.
